假定承銷(xiāo)商在此次發(fā)售結(jié)束前，不會(huì)行使其超額配售權(quán)額外購(gòu)買(mǎi)美國(guó)存托股票，并且在募股結(jié)束時(shí)，公司通過(guò)私募方式以每A類(lèi)普通股6.00美元的價(jià)格（相當(dāng)于每股美國(guó)存托股票12.00美元）向東風(fēng)汽車(chē)集團(tuán)資產(chǎn)管理有限公司發(fā)行5,000,000股 A類(lèi)普通股、向匯添富基金管理有限公司發(fā)行1,666,666股A類(lèi)普通股、向攜程發(fā)行1,666,666股A類(lèi)普通股，以獲得總額約為5000萬(wàn)美元的額外所得款項(xiàng)，本次募股公司預(yù)計(jì)共將募得1.2億美元。
在此次發(fā)售中，摩根大通證券有限責(zé)任公司和高盛（亞洲）有限責(zé)任公司擔(dān)任聯(lián)席賬簿管理人。
