天津2024年3月8日 /美通社/ -- 中海石油(中國(guó))有限公司天津分公司與康菲石油中國(guó)有限公司(“康菲中國(guó)”)共同宣布,雙方合作開發(fā)的蓬萊油田群原油累產(chǎn)突破5億桶。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),此累計(jì)產(chǎn)量可滿足2億人一年的基本需求。20余年分階段滾動(dòng)開發(fā)歷程中,蓬萊油田不斷勇攀高峰,追求卓越,積極提升油田開發(fā)效率、減少排放、優(yōu)化安全績(jī)效。2022及2023年,油田實(shí)現(xiàn)全年零事故率,打造行業(yè)領(lǐng)先油田。
蓬萊油田群位于渤海海域中南部,現(xiàn)包括蓬萊19-3、蓬萊19-9、蓬萊25-6三個(gè)油田,由康菲中國(guó)與中國(guó)海油石油集團(tuán)有限公司 (“中國(guó)海油”)在渤海海域合作勘探開發(fā),自2014年以來由中國(guó)海油擔(dān)任作業(yè)者。自2002年投產(chǎn)以來,該油田目前已建成16座海上平臺(tái)和1艘海上浮式生產(chǎn)儲(chǔ)油輪,是渤海原油穩(wěn)產(chǎn)上產(chǎn)的重要陣地之一。其中,蓬萊19-3油田是目前國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)的最大海上整裝油田,具有較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)價(jià)值。2023年第四季度,蓬萊油田四期B項(xiàng)目,即蓬萊19-3油田5/10區(qū)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn),迎來油田開發(fā)建設(shè)中全新的重要里程碑。
蓬萊油田含油層段長(zhǎng)、縱向小層多,層間矛盾突出,開發(fā)難度極大。面臨多重技術(shù)難題,中國(guó)海油及康菲中國(guó)開拓創(chuàng)新,最大化提升了油田產(chǎn)量和開發(fā)效益。
近年來,雙方在聯(lián)合管理委員會(huì)管理框架下,持續(xù)推進(jìn)油田高效一體化管理,不斷提升油田運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,穩(wěn)基礎(chǔ)、抓新井、提措施,驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)量效益實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙提升”。
