衣文成先生深耕酒店行業(yè)逾25年，具備豐富的酒店籌開經(jīng)驗。自1997年起他帶著酒店人的專業(yè)與熱情，先后在香格里拉集團、洲際酒店集團、萬豪酒店集團等國際品牌酒店任職。2012年起衣文成先生加入萬達酒店及度假村，先后在泉州、煙臺、青島、長沙的萬達旗下酒店擔(dān)任餐飲總監(jiān)、行政助理經(jīng)理、酒店經(jīng)理等重要職務(wù)，他致力于通過優(yōu)化增長，提升服務(wù)，創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品等措施提高酒店收益，并且累積了豐富的酒店運營與管理經(jīng)驗，成功完成籌開工作并帶領(lǐng)團隊取得非凡業(yè)績。

Roger has more than 25 years of hotel industrial experience with starting his career in 1997. He has been in different hotel management positions brands as Shangri-La, InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott International. In 2013, Roger joined Wanda Hotels & Resorts, and successfully opened Quanzhou, Yantai, Qingdao and Changsha Wanda hotels as Director of Food & Beverage and developed himself to Executive Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager roles within Wanda in the later on. He has rich experience in operations, And he is passionate hotelier, always focuses on guest satisfaction with a eye on details what perfectly matches with the Wanda Reign brand's promises of providing supremely personalized services.
