我很高興能夠以首席執(zhí)行官的身份發(fā)出第二封致股東信,并且繼續(xù)向您匯報(bào)公司樂(lè)觀的展望及強(qiáng)勁執(zhí)行力帶來(lái)的亮眼業(yè)績(jī)。在早前第一封致股東信的時(shí)候,無(wú)人預(yù)料到新冠疫情會(huì)帶給全球經(jīng)濟(jì)前所未有的壓力,但我很高興2020年愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊還是交出了相當(dāng)優(yōu)異的成績(jī)單,這也代表了愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊團(tuán)隊(duì)在巨大的挑戰(zhàn)下所展示出的凝聚力、奉獻(xiàn)精神和不斷創(chuàng)新的能力。因此,在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)加速數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的大環(huán)境下,我們堅(jiān)信公司憑借清晰的戰(zhàn)略和杰出的執(zhí)行力將在未來(lái)數(shù)年繼續(xù)保持相當(dāng)快速的增長(zhǎng)。
在一年前的致股東信中,我提出了2020年三大戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。現(xiàn)在我很高興地向各位匯報(bào),我們?cè)诿總€(gè)目標(biāo)上都取得了優(yōu)異成績(jī):
第一,在線營(yíng)銷(xiāo)解決方案的盈利能力不斷提升。
愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊已連續(xù)四個(gè)季度實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整后凈利,這主要得益于在線營(yíng)銷(xiāo)解決方案達(dá)成規(guī)模效益,并且也得益于我們對(duì)新的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式(譬如短視頻、MCN/KOL)的持續(xù)投入。其中,我們的KOL營(yíng)銷(xiāo)價(jià)值分析平臺(tái)iFans更成功入選騰訊“千帆計(jì)劃”SaaS臻選,與騰訊云共同助力品牌方和MCN機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)紅營(yíng)銷(xiāo)賽道的數(shù)字化發(fā)展。根據(jù)目前的公司業(yè)績(jī)展望,我們對(duì)2020年將是首年度實(shí)現(xiàn)全年調(diào)整后凈利保持樂(lè)觀態(tài)度。
第二,企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)勁增長(zhǎng)。
2020年前三個(gè)季度,我們的企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案業(yè)務(wù)收入達(dá)到1,830萬(wàn)美元,已遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)該業(yè)務(wù)2019全年水平1,040萬(wàn)美元。并且,根據(jù)對(duì)第四季度的展望,我們預(yù)期該業(yè)務(wù)2020年全年收入將同比增長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)超100%。同時(shí),該業(yè)務(wù)在2020年前三個(gè)季度新斬獲約100個(gè)重要客戶(hù),如國(guó)內(nèi)知名品牌洽洽食品、香飄飄和認(rèn)養(yǎng)一頭牛等。同時(shí),在這一年中我們還完成了數(shù)起投資并購(gòu),譬如增持暢移控股權(quán),以加快企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案的增長(zhǎng)。另外,我們也入圍騰訊“千帆計(jì)劃”SaaS 加速器,彰顯我們?cè)诖祟I(lǐng)域的強(qiáng)勁實(shí)力。
第三,建立更多戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,衍生新機(jī)遇。
2020年,圍繞著企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案,我們成功地與頂尖的技術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)品牌建立了重要的合作伙伴關(guān)系。例如,與騰訊國(guó)際事業(yè)部聯(lián)合推出面向亞太地區(qū)市場(chǎng)的SaaS智慧解決方案;也與騰訊云合作,協(xié)同騰訊文旅推出了全新的SaaS內(nèi)容推薦平臺(tái),助力中國(guó)的旅游景區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。
上述三個(gè)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成將幫助我們實(shí)現(xiàn)卓越的2020全年業(yè)績(jī)。根據(jù)我們對(duì)2020年第四季度的展望,我們有信心達(dá)到全年的財(cái)務(wù)和業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)期。2020很可能是我們?cè)诙鄠€(gè)領(lǐng)域再創(chuàng)新高的一年。
同時(shí),我們也在2020年9月順利完成了新一輪的增發(fā)融資,我們的戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力得到了許多全球知名投資機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)可。現(xiàn)在,我們已充分準(zhǔn)備好穩(wěn)步轉(zhuǎn)型為企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)云平臺(tái)。
接下來(lái)的三年,對(duì)于愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊來(lái)說(shuō)至關(guān)重要。憑借我們的數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案,我們將服務(wù)企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型需求,幫助眾多品牌在后疫情時(shí)代重新激活數(shù)萬(wàn)億美元規(guī)模的線下零售市場(chǎng),并且通過(guò)聯(lián)動(dòng)線上線下的商業(yè)場(chǎng)景,打通品牌公域流量導(dǎo)流與私域用戶(hù)運(yùn)營(yíng)之間的壁壘。愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊的產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)將在這條潛力巨大的賽道中不斷成長(zhǎng),與中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)字化線上化的進(jìn)程同脈搏、共命運(yùn)。我們也期待在這個(gè)歷史進(jìn)程中迅速找到自己發(fā)力的位置,為股東們持續(xù)創(chuàng)造長(zhǎng)期價(jià)值!
