德國紐倫堡2020年6月22日 /美通社/ -- 每年在紐倫堡玩具展上,大約有65,000名專業(yè)買家和貿(mào)易商與2,800家制造商會(huì)面。為了了解他們?nèi)绾螒?yīng)對新冠肺炎全球大流行及其后果,作為行業(yè)領(lǐng)頭展會(huì)組織者的Spielwarenmesse eG對其觀眾和參展者進(jìn)行了一次代表性調(diào)查。來自42個(gè)國家的1,810名專業(yè)觀眾和來自48個(gè)國家的548家企業(yè)參加了這項(xiàng)在春季開展的調(diào)查。

在展會(huì)觀眾方面,各類企業(yè)形式的負(fù)責(zé)人填寫了調(diào)查問卷——他們中的大多數(shù)同時(shí)經(jīng)營有實(shí)體店和網(wǎng)店。許多商家成功開辟了新的銷售渠道,以在新冠肺炎全球大流行期間繼續(xù)為客戶提供服務(wù):以現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)店(43,9%)或新開網(wǎng)店(9,1%)的形式,通過送貨服務(wù)(22,8%)、到店提貨(14,4%)、本地店鋪促銷活動(dòng)(7,1%)或新的客戶溝通途徑(18,3%)。就通訊方式而言,最常用的有電話、電子郵件、短信服務(wù)、社交媒體和在線廣告。

盡管專業(yè)零售行業(yè)作出了種種努力,但危機(jī)仍然留下了陰影。因目前情況所迫,45,6%的店主登記了縮短工時(shí),其中18,6%不得不解雇員工。在接受調(diào)查的玩具行業(yè)制造商中,也同樣可以感受到這些危機(jī)影響。在這里,有52,6%家企業(yè)實(shí)行了縮短工時(shí),43,4%采取了居家辦公工作方式,22,7%解雇了員工。同時(shí),各家企業(yè)也幫助其零售商客戶度過難關(guān),比如通過提供更長的付款期、折扣,協(xié)助其建立網(wǎng)店或直接向其顧客供貨等。

采取這種多樣化的措施也讓人在危機(jī)中看到了積極的一面。最重要的是,制造商和零售商開辟了與客戶溝通的新途徑,比原計(jì)劃更快地實(shí)施了或全新發(fā)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化銷售,進(jìn)一步發(fā)展了他們的業(yè)務(wù)和工作時(shí)間模式、改善了內(nèi)部危機(jī)管理機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)了團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。因此,調(diào)查受訪者對今年下半年的前景持樂觀態(tài)度:25,8%的商家和32%的制造商預(yù)計(jì)新開辟的銷售渠道能夠抵消銷售下滑,而分別有49,7%和45,5%的商家和制造商認(rèn)為其業(yè)務(wù)能夠恢復(fù)。
